Membership of a Lions Club is by Invitation only , but applications are encouraged from all members of the community.

 

Membership is open to men and women over the age of 18 years and of good moral character and reputation.

An average meeting goes for around two hours twice a month, while attendance at meetings is strongly encouraged, because of work and personal committments it is not compulsory to attend all meetings.

 

Our meetings include Dinners and are relatively informal. Social and family nights are held throughout the year where partners and family members are welcome to enjoy a night of fun and friviloty

Lions is free of political and religious affiliation.

 

Our Club prides itself on being democratic and listening to all points of view. We are always looking for new ideas.
